Esteban Adame Quintet
Los Angeles-born pianist and composer Esteban Adame leads a quintet unlike any other. Esteban's musical journey began in the unexpected world of underground house and techno. As a DJ in the city's vibrant electronic scene, he crafted beats inspired by records laced with soulful jazz solos. This sparked a passion for the organic sounds of jazz, R&B, Afro-Latin, and soul.
Esteban spent years honing his production skills under his own ICAN imprint and collaborating with various artists. But the call of live performance grew stronger. In 2023, he assembled the Esteban Adame Quintet, a group that merges his electronic roots with the freedom of jazz improvisation.
